1. First Step – Search in FAQ
Type a word of what you are searching for in the search box. For example, if your child is unable to log into Kalpavriksha Online, type “log”. All help topics with the word will show up and one of them may have the information you need.
If you cannot find the information in FAQ, please contact Support.
2. Second Step – Contact Support
a. Click the “Parent Login” button.
b. Enter your child’s Universal ID and Password.
c. Click “Support“.
d. Click “New Ticket“.
e. Choose the closest “Category“, (if you cannot find your category choose “General“), then type your problem in “Subject“, add more information in “Description“, choose “Priority“, tick the square button next to “I’m not a robot” and click “Submit Ticket“.
f. After a few hours, log in again, click “Support”. If the help desk has not replied you will see “Awaiting reply from help desk” status. If help desk has replied, you will see “Replied to parent” status.
g. Click “View More” for help desk’s reply. If your issue is resolved click “Close Ticket”. If unresolved, explain your problem further in “3” and click “Submit Reply”. Help desk will get back to you.
